World Bossing

When you're World Bossing, make sure you are about to level up. In this case you'll be able to deliver 2 big stamina blows on the boss.
Also be at 90-99% at all the quests in the quest tab, it might help you to level up once again.

I tried it a few times and it worked, but since the World Bosses get down quickly, i don't know if it's still possible.
